You tell me everything about the two of you. I build your guided audio around it.
You have a set of rules nobody else in the house knows about.
You never decided any of it, it accumulated, one workaround at a time, until it was just how things are.
Underneath the rules there's the rest of it. The thought that runs at two in the morning. The bracing that starts before anything has happened. The thing you decided about yourself somewhere back there and have never gone back to check.
They are reading all of it, all day, closer than anyone else in your house. And what they read, they tend to answer. Which is why the thing they keep doing and the thing you keep doing are so often the same shape.
The general version works. It has worked for hundreds of people and I stand behind every recording I have made. But somewhere in the middle of it your conscious mind pipes up. That bit isn't us. She doesn't do that. Ours is different. And the moment it finds the exception, it has somewhere to set the whole thing down.
When the session is about your animal, by name, and the exact thing that happens in your kitchen, there is nothing left for it to argue with.
That's my voice in your ear, speaking to the part of you that runs the pattern, about your animal. It's why my 1:1 clients get the changes they get. Because it's about them.
The one place your own situation gets worked on directly is in 1:1 sessions with me, and those need spots in your diary and a bigger investment. We also work with your animal directly in those. This is the start of that work, aimed at one thing, in a recording.
You tell me what's going on: the behaviour, the health picture, what was happening in your life when it started, what you have already tried. I read all of it, and I build one guided audio around you and your animal specifically. Headphones on, yours to keep and play again whenever it starts creeping back.
The loop starting and not finishing. The same moment arriving and you not going quite where you usually go. And them with less to answer.
The worry that was already running before this animal arrived. The thing you learned to do young and never unlearned.
Somebody else's crisis, somebody else's mood, a year you got through by carrying more than your share.
Their own weather, their own history, nothing to do with you at all. This pile is usually bigger than people expect, and naming it is half the relief.
The general version can't sort your piles, because it doesn't know what's in them. That sorting is what you're buying.
Every detail you give me is one more thing your conscious mind can't wave away later.
What they do, and when. What the vet said, or the trainer, or both.
What was happening in your life around the time it started.
And how it went. Whether there was another animal before this one.
No call. No video. No time slot to find. You answer at the kitchen table whenever you get twenty quiet minutes, and then it's my turn.
Headphones on. Some people have their animal in the room, some don't, and both are fine. Most find theirs wanders in partway through.
It's a download. It's yours. Play it as often as you like, for as long as you like, and again in six months if something starts creeping back.
They can keep running the old pattern for a while after you've changed, because it's the one they know. That gap is lag. It isn't failure and it isn't proof it was all them after all.
An animal who has been answering something in you for a long time can stop answering it noisily. It looks like everything got worse, and it arrives at the exact moment you expected relief.
Hold steady when it happens. It tends to be the turn rather than the collapse.
Not a countdown, just what I can make properly in the time I have.
Three guided audios for the nights the sky goes off. Fireworks, thunder, the garbage truck, the neighbour's door, whatever it is that sets yours going.
You play these out loud with your animal in the room, no headphones, because I'm talking to them as well as to you.
everything. the lot.
Five this month. Any animal. Seven days from your answers coming back.
Please note. These recordings guide you into a deeply relaxed state. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention.
This work sits alongside veterinary and medical care and never instead of it. If something is wrong with your animal, keep working with your vet. Individual experiences vary.
